Creative Industrial Solutions
I help manufacturers identify production problems, connect the right technologies and specialists, and turn promising ideas into structured industrial projects, sometimes using Artificial Intelligence as part of the solution.
From problem to project
Observe → Identify → Explore → Connect → Test → Develop
Every production line has something that could work better. A recurring failure, wasted material, an unnecessary stop, a manual control, lost energy or simply a process that has always been done the same way.
What happens if we look at that problem differently?
Sometimes the answer is Artificial Intelligence. Sometimes it is a sensor, a different material, a camera or an existing technology used in a new way. And sometimes, the real innovation comes from connecting them together.
That is where a problem can become a project.
Identify the real problem
A production issue is not always where it first appears. Downtime, waste, repeated failures, manual checks or lost information may be symptoms of something else.
My role is to look at the process from a different perspective, identify where the real problem begins and explore what can be changed, connected or improved to turn it into a potential project.
Production teams are often deeply focused on technical priorities. Sometimes the solution is already there, but the elements have never been connected differently. That is where I bring a creative, outside-the-box perspective.
Connect existing technologies differently
Innovation does not always require inventing something new. Sometimes the right technologies already exist — they simply have never been connected in that particular way.
This is where I bring my creative approach: combining materials, sensors, cameras, software, AI and existing technologies to solve a specific problem. And sometimes, that combination can go further: becoming a new product to sell, opening a new business opportunity, or even creating a new market from an existing one.
What your company receives
- An initial analysis of the problem or opportunity
- Identification of applicable technologies and possible solutions
- Research into specialist suppliers and technical partners
- Coordination of preliminary discussions
- A small-scale testing proposal
- A structured development roadmap
This approach has evolved naturally through more than 25 years of working across different international markets, companies and business cultures. That experience allows me to look at each opportunity from different perspectives and connect the right ideas, technologies and people around a concrete industrial project.
How I work with your team
I do not replace your engineers or technical specialists. I work alongside them as an independent observer and project developer, bringing an external perspective and international business experience.
- Observe — I spend time with your team and observe the production process, workflow and supply chain.
- Identify — Together, we identify recurring problems, inefficiencies, waste, downtime or areas that could be improved.
- Explore — I research existing technologies, materials, suppliers and specialists that could contribute to the solution.
- Connect — I bring together your technical team and the right external partners to develop a custom industrial solution.
- Test — The proposed solution is evaluated and tested on a small scale before any major investment.
- Develop — If the test is successful, we define the complete project, the required partners and the implementation plan.
My role is to observe, ask the right questions and connect the right people. The technical decisions remain with your engineers and specialists, while I coordinate the opportunity and help move it from an initial idea to a concrete industrial project.
A problem inside your production process may become an improvement for your company — or even a new solution to offer to the market.
If your company is facing a recurring production issue, an inefficient process or an unexplored industrial opportunity, let us evaluate whether it can become a structured project.
