How to work with yoga schools and bring yoga groups to your resort
A European yoga school can have 100–400 active students, and larger schools can have many more. The key is to reach the yoga teacher or school leader, because they can organize and bring complete YOGA GROUPS to your resort.
Yoga teachers are very selective. They want to know the resort, its facilities, services and standards before bringing their students. European expectations can also be different from one country to another.

These numbers are more realistic than you may think
Imagine a yoga school with 100–400 students. For a large school with around 350 active students, forming a GROUP of 30 people for a beautiful tropical destination can be very achievable. They are always looking for new destinations, exciting experiences and unique adventures in tropical locations, but they need to trust the resort they choose. That’s why I have already arranged everything for you.
Imagine that just one yoga school can already create strong business for your resort: one school, one teacher, one GROUP, one complete package. A single booking can generate $25,000–$40,000+, and the same model can then be repeated with other yoga schools across Europe.
How we start working together
I am not an agency and I don’t work as an external consultant. I am a professional that join your company for a defined period, travelling to your country and working directly with your team to develop new business opportunities and sales in the European market.
- I am currently based in Italy, near Rome, and ready to travel internationally once a collaboration is agreed and the project is confirmed.
- We start with a video meeting to meet each other and understand your travel company, services and goals.
- I then prepare an initial overview of the opportunities I see for your business in Europe.
- If we decide to work together, I travel to your country and work directly from your office, hotel or resort, alongside your team.
- From there, we develop and start the sales project together, with a working period adapted to your goals — usually three months, six months or one year.
I Also Develop Yoga Shala Projects
A covered yoga platform (Shala) is the heart of a resort’s wellness experience. If your resort does not have one, I can design and develop it from the ground up. If you already have a yoga platform (Shala), I can help improve or redesign it according to the needs of yoga teachers and groups.
A good yoga Shala should be quiet, naturally ventilated and protected from sun and rain, with the right orientation for morning light and airflow. The floor should be warm, comfortable and non-slip, ideally wood or bamboo, with enough space and a strong connection to the surrounding nature.
One of my Yoga Shala Project – Kerala, India | 2019
I designed and managed the construction of a nearly 70 m² yoga shala in Kerala, India, created for retreats and events with Swamis and Gurus. The client wanted a simple design, but because of the strong winds in the Kerala hills, we used a metal structure covered with bamboo. In locations without strong winds, the structure can be built entirely in bamboo or wood, adapting the design to the resort’s needs and available budget. The project took two months to complete and resulted in a spectacular setting, with the Shala overlooking the Kerala hills from a unique elevated position.
